For a sustainable hospitality
The environment is important to us. This is why we participate in Stay for the Planet, a data hub that supports hospitality facilities in monitoring environmental performance and managing sustainability pathways through the structured collection of quantitative and qualitative data in the following areas: Energy, Water, Waste, Procurement, Behaviours, and People.
Thanks to constant monitoring of consumption, we aim to preserve resources; we rigorously carry out separate waste collection to which we ask you to contribute via the appropriate bins located in the common areas and we raise our guests’ awareness of food, energy and water waste.
Our environmental strategy is developed through 5 sustainable actions:
Use of renewable energy
Energy-efficient light bulbs, correct use of boilers and air conditioners
Constant monitoring of energy and water consumption
Water pressure reducers with 30/40% water savings
Proper waste management and recycling
With the separate collection of waste and separate disposal of hazardous waste such as toner, cartridges, etc.
Green purchasing program
Filters to reduce water pressure, condensing boilers, purchasing food products from local companies, reducing transport costs for deliveries, lighting points with person detectors and external twilight lights
Adoption of eco-sensitive behaviors
Raising employee awareness and carrying out regular and responsible maintenance; using recycled paper for our printers; constantly monitoring consumption and waste data; and providing guests with information on the hotel's environmental policy.
